Recently i’ve been putting my zoom lenses aside to use my prime lenses. why? because sometimes you gotta learn to fill the frame up without zooming in or out, and it’s another way to hone composition abilities, which i feel i lack. I’ll leave it at that and since I needa start brainstorming my studio and portrait class.
Fun fact: hate it but I usually get ideas when i’m in the my car
It’s been heavily storming here in the bay, school started, no bike rides. It’s been kinda dull and I’ve been glued to my tv, thanks so much COD.
My schedule for class is all Fubar’d, from noon till afternoon then evening to late evenings. Oh well as long as I pass I’ll be fine.
Waiting for the weather to turn around so I can ride that new frame I barely touched. BTW I planning on selling off the kilo instead of using it as a beater. Yep I need the cash to fund a new camera body.

Still debating if i wanna add more stickers, strip or repaint. Some input would be cool from anyone.
I’ve always wanted photography coffee table books, something about them makes me want to make one(not publish). In the mean time i’ll just use a portfoilio folder and shove pictures that i’ve taken and thrown up on my flickr into print. I keep telling people with SLRs to print their pictures! it’s always nice to have something solid to hold and show other than linking someone to a page or showing them through the camera.

The end of a great month and the beginning of the end…if that makes any sense. This month went by so quickly i don’t even know where to start, once again i’m forced to do more teasers cause of final projects coming up. At least they’re all taken with the 11-16.
I hit a quarter of a century, (no pics…at least not that i know of) Chris’ twenty first, and thanksgiving with family and friends.
On another note my license for photoshop expired which kinda put me on hold with my pics(stop tell me to use LR! i do more than just global adjustments)
Teasers once again! When the dust settles i’ll upload batches at a time, but for now just a peep of what has happened the last few weeks of sweet november.

I just picked up a 11-16mm!!! though I wish i picked it up when it first came out, ended up paying hundred bucks more than i would’ve if i bought it eariler. I attempted to shoot the Leonid meteor shower over at crissy field but it was deemed a failure since it’s too hard to get focused on anything and plus no shutter release control(no pictures of that unfortunately) ended up just sitting in the car watching a few meteors go by. This whole ultra wide angle lens is no joke! never used anything like this before, but it’s sharp and crisp as hell. Here’s a few teasers with it.
New month equals more uploading on flickr!!!! Haven’t seen or done much this past month just kicked it with friends at the house, while everyone else got smashed at the halloween parties. Gonna post up some pictures from Lovevolution that i’ve been meaning to post since it happened.
